Since 1976, the Louisiana Loggers Association has stood for the hardworking men and women who keep Louisiana's timber industry moving.

Founded as the Louisiana Wood Haulers Association by a determined group of timber professionals, our organization was built on one fundamental belief: Louisiana's loggers deserve a strong, unified voice—and a seat at the table when decisions are made that affect their livelihoods.

Today, that mission is more important than ever.

From rising operating costs and shrinking markets to increasingly complex regulations, Louisiana's logging industry faces challenges that demand more than awareness. They demand action, representation, and results.

We actively advocate for our members at the local, state, and federal levels, working to protect their interests, strengthen timber markets, reduce regulatory burdens, and advance policies that support a sustainable, profitable future for Louisiana logging.
